Steps to Claiming Your Prize
If you are reading this and you have won the mini or mega draw of our Home Sweet Home Raffle, Congratulations!
Follow the following steps to claim your prize:

2. Present your National ID (Preferably the Ghana Card or Passport) or any necessary documentation at the Cash Planet Ghana Limited head office to claim your prize.
3. Typically, Cash Planet Ghana Limited will contact you via text or a phone call if you won, but if you haven’t heard from Cash Planet, call our contact numbers to
commence the claiming process.
4. Do well to claim your prize before the 14-day deadline window.
5. All prizes will have to be claimed in person by the winner at the Cash Planet office.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The raffle draw is open to all Ghanaians who are 18 years of age or older with a registered phone number and a valid national ID at the time of playing. Employees of the National Lotteries Authority, CashPlanet Limited and all Associated Companies, their family members, and agents, as well as their affiliates, are not eligible to participate
Raffle Draws
There will be five monthly mini-draws and one mega draw for each cycle of draws. Tokens for one cycle of draw are not eligible for entry into the next. The raffle event will take place on a predetermined date, and the winners will be announced during a live event that will be broadcasted on television and social media platforms.
Winner Selection
The winner of the raffle draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries. There will be a total of 20 winners for each mini draw and 20 winners for the mega draw. .
Entry
Entries must be received by the designated deadline and in accordance with the entry requirements specified by Cashplanet (organizers of the raffle)
Limitation of Liability
By entering the raffle draw, participants agree to release the organizers and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the raffle draw or acceptance and use of the prize.
Acceptance
Winners must accept the prizes as awarded and agree to all terms and conditions of the raffle draw. Prizes that are not claimed after 14 days of each draw shall be forfeited. The images are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the prize
Notification
Winners will be notified via SMS by Cashplanet through the contact information provided at the time of entry.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from the raffle draw will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
Transferability
Prizes won are not transferable except as specified by CashPlanet. Prizes won by participants who are deceased at the time of the raffle draw are not transferable.
Privacy
By entering the raffle draw, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by CashPlanet for the purposes of administering the raffle draw and awarding the prize.
Publicity
The winner agrees to allow CashPlanet to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
Compliance
All participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the raffle draw.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with each prize.
